Bahan-bahan ( 1 loyang sederhana besar )
* 1/2 cawan serbuk koko
* 1 cawan gula
* 1/2 cawan susu tepung
* 1/2 sudu teh garam
* 4 1/4 cawan air
* 4 sudu besar tepung jagung
* 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
* 3 sudu besar butter
* 1 paket serbuk agar2 (10-11gm)

Cara-cara

4. Untuk puding ni n puding2 lain, kalu nak senang keluarkan bila dah beku, basahkan dulu acuan sebelum memasukkan puding..bila dah beku, insyaAllah senang nak keluarkan.

Sarapan Dgn Roti&Telur

Egg in Toast

2-3 minggu lepas tukar citarasa sikit....nak sarapan dgn roti dan telur serta baked bean. Kebetulan masa pergi bakery sehari sebelumnya tengok egg in toast ni ada dijual di bakery .......alahai mudah aja ni boleh buat sendiri...yg jual tu nampak rotinya dah tak rangup...sejuk. Ada gak kawan2 yg dah buat roti ni....senangkan.
Roti ni enak mkn masa masih panas....selepas keluar oven terus ngap.....rangup dgn telur cair-cair sikit....

** roti warna-warni ni bukan nguli sendiri....beli aja kat bakery....

Egg in Toast (or as some may call Egg in the Basket)
Jumpa resepi ni dlm blog mummy jam dan bakingmum...

2 slices of bread
1 piece of cheese
1 egg
a little knob of butter/margarine-tak letak

Method:
1) Using a knife or scissors, cut a square from 1 slice of bread or use a mould to cut away the bread.
2) Divide the 1 piece of cheese into 4 strips.
3) Place the (uncut) slice of bread on toaster tray. Line the strips of cheese on top the 4 sides of bread. Stack the other slice of bread (the one with the cut-out square) on top. Press the sides a little.
4) Gently, break the egg into the centre cut square. Put a little butter on the yolk.
5) Toast for about 6 minutes, done! Add some white or black pepper if you like.

1.Cut a slice of cheese into 4 strips. Place one at each side on a piece of bread.
2.Use a pair of scissors to cut a square on another piece of bread and place it to top of the one with cheese. Crack an egg into the hole.
3.Toast it in an oven until bread is brown and egg is semi cooked. For me, I used 180C and bake for about 10 mins (I have changed the timing to just 10 mins because different type of oven/toaster oven the temp is different. Add or minus the timing according to your own oven). You can adjust this to you own liking whether the egg should be more or less cooked. Take it out and sprinkle some black pepper on the egg.
**roti ni bakar 10 min dgn suhu 180"C

Roti Telur Dgn Cheese

Lepas sarapan dgn eggs in toast...beberapa hari kemudian buat roti telur pula, bahan2 sama dgn egg in toast cuma kali ni versi goreng pula... Roti telur ni letak cheese ditgh sebelum dicelup dlm telur dan goreng. Makan masa cheese masih cair.....
